ART IN OSLO & CÔTE D'AZUR
The pop-up gallery:
Galleri Asur was founded in 1996. During the first five years we exhibited art on the entire ground floor of Hegdehaugsveien 21b in Homansbyen, Oslo. Here, we sold Norwegian art, foreign art, and, above all, art made by Norwegian artists with an international background.
In 2001 we moved to Côte d'Azur, France, where we organized exhibitions in Menton, Cannes and Cap d'Ail. Every other year we produced a large exhibition in the City Hall (Rådhusgalleriet) of Oslo, Norway.
Since 2009, Galleri Asur has had its office and permanent location in Uranienborg terrasse, also in Homansbyen, as well as on Côte d'Azur (Menton) in France. Every other year, the gallery has organized pop-up exhibitions elsewhere and attended art fairs in Shanghai (China), Monaco and Palm Beach (USA).
